I received this as a gift. I use it every day for every thing! We make phenomenal smoothies using veggies and fruit. We make dips, as well. My boyfriend hates pulp and chunky smoothies and we don't have a problem liquefying everything with the Nutribullet. It's good for everything and VERY easy to use.
