I bought my NutriBullet about six months ago and recently started having trouble getting it to start. I read some reviews and a number of people were having the same issue and also reported about poor customer service. I really love my "bullet" and was going to purchase some other type of mixer; then decided to give customer service a try anyway. My experience, wonderful! The person I spoke twas very polite, helped me with my problem, and told me to call back today if the problem continued. Couldn't be happier!!!!

You hear things advertised, but rarely do they live up to how they are advertised...this one is an exception to the rule. It really works. It's easy to use....It's easy to clean! I have tried blenders, the vitamix, but this one means I can stick to my juicing routine.

i have a huge problem with impulse eating and eating on the go. if its there and im hungry its in the mouth then on the hips, but by keeping fruit and greens on the counter next to my bullet, the easiest grab and go snack is now a "smoothie" i have lost 3 lbs in the week i have had it and my digestive tract is "regular" for the first time in years.... thanx nutri bullet

Long lasting, durable product

I've had my nutribullet for YEARS, like over a decade!! We've made everything from smoothies to nut butters in it. It's definitely best for smoothies, but it's strong and has handled a lot lol. Very much worth the cost! I'm only just now buying a replacement blade.
