I've gone through 3 in 5 years each time its the same part that breaks the plastic dial that the disk needs to rotate

I am extremely upset with this company. This is now my third time purchasing all 3 have broken after 2-3 uses. The motor starts SMOKING, burnt rubber smell, huge mess. Not to mention all the grocery’s i have wasted when I have yo throw away what I am trying to make due to the burnt rubber. There are a million other companies go elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my Nutribullet over a year ago and I have used it daily. It has given me access to a healthy meal in a moments time. I am so impressed. I bought two, one for me and one for my mother. I would like to upgrade to the newest one, but I will have to wait until I have some extra cash. The current one is working like a charm, so no hurry...maybe I will add it to my Christmas list.
