Very convenient and easy to use. I have a vitamixter but it is too big and I wanted to downsize since we are seniors and the NutriBullet is lightweight and takes up less room on my countertop. Love it making my smoothies with protein powder and almond milk.

I bought this about a month ago so my husband and I can both make our own shakes and not have to wash the big blender 2 times a day. It has been pretty easy to use and we bought extra cups and blade to go with it. You really need to pulse the cup though you can’t just let it run or the motor will start to put off a burning smell. The cups are a little hard to clean by hand because they have groves in them, but they normally go in the dishwasher. The blade does not chop up large frozen strawberries. I found a frozen fruit brand that has smaller strawberries and that has worked better. The loudness of the NutriBullet is about the same as our regular blender.

...I couldn't get the cup-unit back onto the base. I'll still keep trying because the motor is still working. This is much easier to use and clean than my Vita Mix. It took 5 months to pay for Nutri Bullet and I've been using it daily for 2 additional months. I don't see any information for where to get it repaired, if necessary. I love the book and hope to buy 2 more online so I can get the books for my 2 kids' families.
