This has probably been the best purchase I have made in the last month. The ease of having it at work and using during lunch to ensure I make a smoothie for lunch. I like them refreshly blended and because of that I can transport the unblended ingredients in the cup to and from work and blend while there. It's been amazing in aiding in my weight loss goals.
