Will Not Power On
on August 27, 2024

Don’t purchase this dishwasher.Dishwasher Stopped working I would walk by and it would beep. GE should be ashamed for selling a crappy dishwasher. People work too hard to throw money away. It costs too much to have repaired. I’ll have to purchase another dishwasher. What a waste!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had all the same issues as everyone else and then some. Yes, it randomly beeps, powers on when it shouldn't, completely loses power until you power cycle at the breaker, and the worst of all, it fills randomly and overflows causing it to flood my kitchen. This is by far the worst GE product I've ever owned and can't believe this model wasn't recalled. If it is please do tell.

I believe the drying part of my dishwasher has gone out, and I recently heard that there was a recall on this particular model, and I was never informed. Not sure what to do now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GE Dishwasher

After having the dishwasher for 6 years, we only ran it once a week. The dishwasher started beeping like the door does when it's closed, however nobody was touching it. This went on for about 6 days. Then the entire control panel went dead. The circuit breaker wasn't tripped but there was no power to it at all. There is nothing in trouble shooting that addresses this issue. Now I'm faced with a repair cost and our replacement dishwasher. This most it was run was 62 times. If course it is out of warranty. I purchased all the appliances at the same time. Is this what I have to look forward to in the near future that the entire set of appliances will die and need replaced? I was warned in the beginning not to buy GE they are not as good as they once were. I didn't listen, now I'm starting to pay for it.
