Faulty design.

Same problem that multiple people have reported. Does not power on! Over the last two months, when this has happened, I flipped by circuit breaker off and on and the machine would power on again. Now that hack has stopped working. GE, when you know there is a problem, you must provide a respite to your customers!

In similar fashion to others, our dishwasher just completely stopped working. Power is getting to the unit, but nothing past that. Tried flipping the breaker but no luck. Very frustrated as I am headed to get a new dishwasher soon.

Dishwasher just DIED after 3 years

After 3 years of light use (2-3times/wk) this dishwasher just stopped working. GE used to be reliable. I did NOT expect to replace a 3 yr old aplliance. A local repairman checked the codes & said it can not be repaired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We definitely understand the importance of an appliance operating for an extended amount of time. However, it is not possible to determine the product failure rate, lifespan, life expectancy, or life cycle of an appliance. There are multiple variables involved such as frequency of use, type of use, location of appliance, care, and maintenance.

This dishwasher is so unacceptable. I’ve replaced the door latch and the control panel twice and it still doesn’t work. Thoroughly unhappy with GE product. Won’t buy GE again!

Peeping issue and no power

Randomly peeping, replace the panels twice and finally the problem got worst it's totally out of power

So disappointed

I want to love this dishwasher but sadly it wont let me. I purchased this a few years ago when I bought my new home. It was plagued with issues front the start. From what Ive read they have bad power controler boards. It cycles on ( comes out of sleep mode ) randomly, then eventually after so many events, faults out and wont turn on anymore. I service tech came out changed a bunch of stuff but it still did it. Every time to get it back it was a game of pulling it out to unplug it multiple times waiting and hoping for it co come back to life, it always gave the power fault code on the main bord. Maybe I dont ise it enough? I only use if a few times a month if that, but lately even trying to do that is impossible. GE USED TO MAKE GOOD PRODUCTS. My washer has now died all together. I cant in good contious ever buy another product like this again from GE. Too many sensitive electronics that can fail. I really liked it when I bought it. All the features I wanted. I guess were in a new time of everything being disposable. So sad.

Poor design. I hate that I have to towel dry everything on the top rack and all of the silverware

Horrible buy

We purchased this product and have had nothing but problems since purchasing it. It constantly leaks and have had a service person come out 3 times to fix it. So frustrating.
