Soooo quiet!!

Have had this dishwasher in operation for about two weeks and have absolutely no complaints! My dishes are so clean and it's so quiet we had to put our heads close to make sure it was washing! :)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got this dishwasher and wow it is amazing- unique looking and great performance- it risk so quiet and I had to check to see it was running!! Since the kitchen is next to the den this s a big plus for us

I bought this dishwasher because it is not stainless steel inside. (I don't like stainless inside because the water spots. This dishwasher is very quiet and it is beautiful. I love it.

Sleek and Quiet

The magnetic slate colored stainless steel finish is very nice for either traditional or contemporary kitchens. So quite compared to the original competitor model! Ability to start the wash at a later time and sanitize is great for preparing jars for canning.

Have had it running now for 2 weeks.
I only gave 4 stars because it did not com with a wall electric plug (we used the one from our old ge). Also missing is an 'elbow fitting' to connect to the supply hose. We live in a very rural area so had to wait extra time to get pieces needed for installation.
Now lets talk about the dishwasher functionality. I LOVE MY DISHWASHER!
1) The fact that I can wash just upper or just lower rack or both is essential to me since there is only 2 of us.
2) It is soooo quite. Our dishwasher is about 8 ft from our sofa ln an open concept home. We have no problem watching tv after dinner while its running. Other dishwashers with this low of decibel point in noise are much more expensive.
3) We tested how clean it will get our dishes. Razzleberry pie stuck to its pan, eggs dried on plates. I wiped excess dry food off with dry paper towel, no scrub just wipe, and left the hard sticky mess on there. Popped them in and pressed 'steam' and delay wash for 4 hours. The next morning all was clean even my glasses sparkled! Read the manual for optimal operation.

This dishwasher would have gotten 5 stars if GE would have included all the necessary parts for hookup and they would have included put a small operating manual with it since not everyone has the internet to acquire it.
