Choices galore. Bottle washers. Upper or lower rack wash choice. Boost, sanitize, heated dry, autosense. Read the specs A lower priced workhorse.

I purchased my first GE dishwasher over 28 years ago and it completed more than 10,800 successful wash cycles!
Eight weeks ago, I replaced it with this model GDF610PGJWW which is the updated model. We are 100% pleased. I hope this computer controlled, LED indicator equipped model proves itself to be even better than the mechanically based original which lasted with minimal parts / repairs that I maintained myself. That model was my baby.
This new version is amazingly quiet. I like the LED controls on the front. It has a modern and Hi-tech look and it does what it is designed to do. It has all the functionality one could need including adjustable upper rack with two bottle jets, sanitizing, steam, heated drying and more.
This new model has to prove itself over time, and I hope it will. So far it has excelled. I hope the software, which controls its functionality does not become problematic.
Notes: The less automatic dishwashing soap you use, the better. Never put sponges that contain suds producing soap into it without squeezing them out! Be careful not to block the rotating wash arms. Load it right.
The first unit was in 100% working condition when I sent it to be recycled and the motor was still as good as new. That is why I chose General Electric again. Thank you.
