Take this model off the market

My dishwasher GDT545PSJ2SS has had the same power issues reported by others. I am here to determine its dimensions to replace with one that does not come with the ongoing cost of having an electrician out to check power, etc. Take this model off the market and save others from the hassle of full loads of dirty dishes with nowhere to go in a dead machine.

The Electronic Control Module Broke <3 Years

The dishwasher was installed by a big box store in September of 2017. In September of 2020 the electronic control module broke. The GE tech quoted a price to replace and install it that was about 90% of the cost of a new unit. The quality of my unit was not good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had this installed for about 6 months. It looks nice, runs quietly, but the problem is that the soap compartment only opens 50% of the time. It'll run through the entire cycle without releasing the soap. Which means I often end up running it a second time. I'm calling GE now and hoping they will fix.

Bought this a few months ago and a component already broke. The technician said this is a common issue which was frustrating especially because we only had it about 6 weeks before it broke. Its a pretty noisy machine with a long wash cycle. Its an attractive looking dishwasher but I would probably not recommend based on the known issues.

I've had this dishwasher for a year. Periodically the detergent dispenser would not open during the cycle. No big deal at first. in the last three months, it has been a weekly occurrence. Now, it's a daily occurrence. Very disappointing!

We have had this for 2 years and now it will not work. IF an appliance cannot last past 2 years then it is junk.

Constant failures

Parts like the main circuit board keep going out; it’s relatively new but going to replace it with something that’s less of a lemon.
