I placed and received my order promptly. I appreciate that thoroughly. The product being ordered from the comfort of my home made me very happy. I will be using this website again going forward.
They sent me a non-functional Tri-color ink cartridge. Printer wouldn't recognize it when inserted. Followed all the steps in the reference manual to try to get this cartridge to work, but to no avail. Popped the old color cartridge back in (which registers, but is empty). The black cartridge they sent did work, so looks like I'll just stick to printing black&white documents.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with HP 60 2-pack Black/Tri-color Ink Cartridges as the tri color cartridge is not recognized by your printer. Please follow the guidelines in this document to fix this issue: http://bit.ly/2n6GjZP If this does not resolve the problem I would recommend contacting HP Support: http://hp.care/2nbNQFi Note that you will need to provide the Warranty Ends date of the cartridge. You can find the warranty end date on the cartridge itself.
