Purchased cartridges based on description provided online. Upon receipt, packaging also indicated cartridges were compatible with my HP. Three attempts at installation resulted each time with a "not compatible" error message on the printer's display. Returned cartridges approximately 2 weeks ago, have not yet received refund for returned items
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm very sorry that you had this happen to you. I can understand if you are frustrated!
The printer will give you that message when there is not a good connection with the cartridges, even if they are the correct ones for your printer. They might have been damaged or defective.
I hope that you have received your refund by now and that you will give us another chance in the future to give you a good experience with our products.
We needed black ink for our home HP Printer. I was able to find the best cost for a 2 pack that included black ink and the color for the printer. Works great by having it shipped to house instead of dealing with all the Holiday Crowds.
