I'm not happy with that! Your inks doesn't work with my printer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
I am sorry that you received a cartridge that did not work. I completely understand why you are not happy!
Sometimes it is just the lack of a good connection. You can try checking the copper-colored contacts on the cartridge and inside the printer (where they met the ones on the cartridge) to ensure that they are clean and undamaged. You can clean them with a lint-free material, if they seem to need it and then reinsert them, making sure they are firmly in their slots. That should ensure that the printer is connecting to the cartridge properly.
If that doesn't get it going, you can reset the printer by unplugging it while it is still on, wait a minute and then turn it back on.
If nothing helps. It probably was damaged in shipment. Our return and exchange process is covered, step-by-step, at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
