I was glad replaced my old cartridge. This was exactly what I needed for my printer. Got me out of a bind to be able to print clear and send an inportant dociment by mail. Now can work from home efficiently during stay at home during Covid19.
The Tri-color ink cartridge in the 2-pack I received is defective...I tried several times to install, un-install & re-install, but the color cartridge still would not work/print -- Now what?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am sorry that you didn't have a good experience with the tri-color cartridge you received.
The cartridge must be defective, so please return it. The return and exchange process is covered, step-by-step, at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
HP stopped providing the interface which would reveal the number of copies each cartridge provides. They advertise each should provide around 200 copies but when we've kept track it is much less (around 135). Maybe that explains why they've started selling a "high yield" cartridge product.
