If you only got fifty pages, we have missed your customer expectations. The cartridges typically yield 300-400 pages. If you have tried to start the printer already, conduct a cleaning of the cartridge's printhead. If not, send the cartridge back to HP. The process can be conducted at www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/ReturnsandExchanges?id=page-return-exchange-policy/.
