I have an older printer, finding the right ink and the size has been difficult. I don’t use printer as much as I did, ink seems to dry out when I need it. You were able cross match ink with printer and provide the desired color/black and size I wanted, perfect! A little pricey for direct distribution, oh well beggars choosers! Thank you.

Worst printer/ink cartridge use ever

HP needs to read the reviews - if you did you'd know that 99.9% of your customers are disgusted with HP photosmart D11a because the ink cartridge 60 doesn't even last for 25 pages. The printer is fine it's that it is designed to only accept #60 cartridges and they are TERRIBLE! I'm 100% sorry I purchased this printer because I've spent more than the printer in replacement cartridges in the short time I've had it. You need to respond to your customers blogs and comments and DO something about it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
