Printer won't stay online. And doctor program did not fix it and failed to download new driver.

I needed to get a new printer and the I have always purchased HE printers so why not again? They work when they should work. This one is simpler and only has one color cartridge. It was very easy to set up on WIFI and works like a champ and prints in great color and is much faster than the older one.
