I have had these printer a couple weeks now. I had issues with it not printing color UNLESS I used eprint. Just when I think I have the kinks worked out, I get a “printer not connected” message even though it shows a WiFi connection and can still print from my phone. Now it is back to printing, but not in color again. About ready to box I up and send it back. I never had any issues with my other printer which was NOT an HP. I purchased HP thinking it would be easy. But it is driving me crazy and I am not a computer novice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
