I wish that I never purchased an HP printer. The printers are poorly made and I can't print from my phone. The printer print just the top portion of my print job then says printing was unsuccessful. If I log into my PC I am able to print with no problem. Don't buy HP if you are looking for ease of use or quality.

I am pretty illiterate when it comes to technology. I can figure out the basics but anything more complicated than that I leave for my husband for my kids. However, this particular printer I set up and use all by myself and it was easy for me. It made me feel like maybe I wasn’t completely technologically illiterate. Which is a good feeling. I love this printer because I don’t have to carry anything in and hook it up I can sit on the couch and print things off of my phone.

I bought this 3830 2 weeks ago. Every day I try to set up the wireless connection to my computer for printing and scan. I can get it to print a job sent from my computer wireless. I can not get it to scan from my computer no matter how many times I re-download and install the correct software. And answer all of the options.

This is a nice small footprint printer with a scanner. It was easy to setup and use straight out of the box. the print quality is amazing for the size and faster than other printers.
