Great dryer but stuff sticks by the lint screen

We really like this dryer. It has a lot of settings and you can also change the settings. It works really well.
The only thing I don't like is that dryer sheets, hair, and lint get stuck in the metal bars that are on the front of the lint screen inside the dryer. Not sure what the metal bars are and I'm afraid to pull them out. I am going to leave this dryer sheet here for a while because I'm annoyed. Every load has something stuck there.
That is why I only give it four stars.
For the price of this dryer, there should be no problems at all.

Worst dryer ever owned

I purchased in April and it has not worked right from the beginning of time. I have had service 3 times and they keep adjusting the door so it will connect with the switch to start dryer. Again very UNhapoy

Damages Towels

I had dryer installed in June, haven't used it much until August. Found out that most of towels have been damaged as in photos. Haven't tried on wool nor knitted sweaters yet because i don't want to ruin my clothes anymore.

Never ending lint...

After only two months, service was needed due to malfunctioning sensors. At that time, the technician removed the front of the unit and it was literally INUNDATED with lint, etc. inside the WHOLE door panel. I was skeptical at first when I saw the miniscule lint tray and my suspicions were correct. I am a one person household and use it about twice per week.
This dryer is loaded with useless bells and whistles and fails to trap lint; a basic function of even the cheapest dryer.

Takes forever to dry

I'm not sure if I bought a dud but the dryer always turns off and says clothes are dry but they are not even close. It takes almost 2 hours to dry towels. Not very HE if you ask me.

Does not dry

I put a medium size load of towels in the dryer for 4....90 minutes cycles. Yes, I said that correctly, a total of 360 minutes for towels to dry. Not ok and I do not recommend!

Great options. Hard lent trap.

I love all the drying options this dryer has. My only complaint is the TINY lent trap is really tricky to take out and put back in. Which is annoying when you clean the trap every time.
