We bought this dryer about a month ago and it works very well. We do about 1 or 2 loads of laundry a week and have no complaints.

I am not pleased with the drying performance of this dryer. I always have to use at least two cycles to get the clothes 98% dry. I have tried all of settings, but with the same results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
