Much needed upgrade

I purchased this dryer two months ago. I wasn’t interested in fancy names so I purchased a simple GE. BARELY SIMPLE, it’s nice. Quiet, convenient and easy to use. I appreciate its friendly functions. I wish the end of the cycle alert was louder though. Otherwise I love my upgraded digital dryer.

It dries clothes

I gave this 4 stars because the lint trap is too small and is always overflowing. I clean it consistently everytime and there is still fluff all over the top of the lint trap which gets on my clothes and falls on the floor when I open the door. Other than that it’s a good dryer.

The dryer does well in sensing the level of moisture and in drying the clothes as advertised. I am very satisfied about that.
The one deficiency: the volume of the alert for finishing is MUCH TOO QUIET. No one in my family hears it. (We are not deaf, by the way.)
I recommend that this be re-engineered.
