I brought this product on December 5,2018. The only thing I don’t like is the filter is in the front of the dryer and lint falls from the door every time I open the door

DUMB -smart dryer & washer

I HATE this dryer & washer.The dryer will not dry a load of clothes completely even if you run it for 180 minutes.The washer will not have enough water in it to cover the dirty laundry.Don't waste your money on this product.I cant wait to be rid of this set of junk.

I got this dryer to go with the matching washer. I love the washer! I’m contemplating trying to return or exchange the dryer. From the very first day, it’s emitted a soft beep/alarm whenever the door is closed. So basically 24/7. It’s annoying, but whatever. Then it ruined a pair of my shorts - there are these weird spots all over them that definitely weren’t there before. My comforter came out with dirt(?) all over one end. And basically all of the fancy cycles and settings are useless- everything comes out damp. I now just use the timed dry cycle, which is the only way I can get the clothes to come out dry. Very unimpressed. Now that the holidays are over, I’m going back to the store where I purchased it to see what can be done.

I want to love it, but I am not impressed by how long it takes to dry even small loads. Even at 90 minutes, clothes are still damp.
