Poor construction

Within just a few months the bearing slides were coming out around the drum. They would stick out and snag clothes, twisting them throughout the drying cycle. Eventually, within a year, they had both completely come out. Strings and zippers from clothes regularly get caught in the gap around the drum by the door. Now, the drum has developed an annoying squeak.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this end of 2018 summer. Nice large deym for drying bulky items. Some of the settings take time to get used to so that you actually use the dryer to it's fullest potential.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic Dryer

We were very unhappy with the previous set we had. We did much research and we had our minds made up that we wanted a traditional agitator washer and we decided on this set and both the washer and dryer work beautifully. We are extremely happy with the performance of the washer and dryer. The items come out of the dryer soft, dry and without wrinkles.

Better than expected.

Reviews seemed mixed on this product but we are happy overall. Drying times are quicker, the lint screen is in a better location than our old outdated model. Features can be somewhat overwhelming but really you just dial in your selection and dry your clothes.

Just installed today. I like the extra large capacity. I have quite a few folks living with me at the moment and laundry has been time consuming with the smaller model I had.
