The dryer continues to snag the dryer softening sheets in the temperature wire inside the front interior. Also the lowest heat preset heat setting is still too hot. It shrinks some flannel items. In addition collars and sleeves will come out damp in most loads with a heat setting that does not ruin the rest of the garment. The customizable settings are confusing to access but again we have it on the lowest heat setting possible.
Would not buy or recommend this appliance. Easy to load, large drum, easy to clean lint filter, quiet.

This is a nice dryer. It is roomy and the lint trap is easy to get to. The controls are easy to use and have plenty of drying options.
