Second time buying this piece of junk

We bought the same product 2.5 years ago and had to have it fixed 3 times. We bought a new one to match our washer and after 30 days we have to have this fixed for the same problem. GE should replace this piece of junk.

not feeling it

Purchased last year because house was not finished. Went to use this summer and first load no problem, subsequent loads, keeps shutting off after 3 minutes. Try to restart, keeps shutting off. Tried everything...choosing different cycle, powering off, etc. Next day fine. I can't dry multiple loads. Useless.

Stopped after two loads

We had it for one one month and it would not power up and we had to call for service and the part will take week to get here. At least it was covered under warranty. Makes me wonder how long this will last.

Motherboard went out at four months

Terrible. Doesn’t dry have to use manual feature

Terrible. Doesn’t dry have to turn it on twice or set to manual. This dryer is so light it moves when the door is opened and closed. We should have returned this when we could now it’s to late waste of money. We kept thinking it was the settings we were using.

Frustrating

On high heat cycle (towels), dryer runs for 10 minutes, pauses for 15-20 minutes (I assume to cool down) starts for 10-15 minutes and repeats until the timer counts down. Takes about 3 hours to dry a load of towels. Repairman has been here to diagnose and replace parts and I have scheduled another visit for more diagnosis. Not satisfied at all. Also, I can’t seem to change the temperature level manually.  Thought a GE
dryer would be a good, dependable product. Not at all satisfied.
