At first, the GE was not my first choice, but the big boss said we were going to buy the GE. I followed her orders. To say the least, I was very pleasantly surprised. Not to say that I wasn't a fan of GE products. I grew up with a GE refrigerator that bore the World War II OPA ceiling price sticker on the inside of the door. We never took it off. It stayed in our house until the early 2000s, and never needed repair for its entire life. It was a testament to quality design and craftsmanship. So my opinion of GE was always good. But I had chosen another set based on feature sets and size. I am personally very pleased with my wife's choice. She was right again. I would absolutely advise anyone that this dryer is quite worth the price.

I love how there are different settings for what I'm drying. And I like that I can set for long the drying time is going to be. My favorite feature is the location of the vent. I like that it is in the door and not on top. So far seems to be a great product. I do about 4-5 loads every week and it seems to do great from my not so dirty to my SO very dirty work clothes.
