Overall, what is a dryer supposed to do? Dry clothes. Therefore, this is what my rating is based on. Unless you choose the manual time option, you will rarely have a load full of dry clothes when the buzzer sounds. I’ve even dried a max of 4 items on the delicate cycle before and they still were not try when the buzzer went off. So, I’d say timing is off with the dryer load options. Otherwise fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t always dry collars and sleeves. Very confusing controls to customize. Dryer sheets continually get stuck in sensor wire. I’m contacting the appliance store. Double check reviews before you purchase this pricy appliance.

No major issues with this dryer. The only small issue is the lint trap is kinda cheap and doesn’t go back in very easily

Excellent size and love the color. Dries very well. It is somewhat noisy. I have to shut the door to laundry room so it isn’t bothersome.

We love this dryer! The smart dry keeps us from over drying the clothes.It's so quite, I usually have to check to see if it's still running.
Great options and features. The only complaint I would have is that you have to "slam" the door to close it fully, other than that we love it!

So many settings to choose from! Only takes one cycle to dry. Senses to see if the clothes are dry before it stops
