The dryer went out right at a year. Powerboard no good on the dryer.

This is an attractive dryer with many dryer cycle choices. Dries very well and the door is reversible.

Broke after 16 months

Our dryer has been well cared for and only services 2 , so it’s not used an abundance. At first our dryer would not turn off , we would open the door and the dryer would continue to dry, then the door error code would come up, we unplugged the main cord and would be able to get the dryer to work on and off , after a month of this the dryer . A major appliance should not break in under 2 years unless it’s a simple break or user created, for that reason I would not recommend this dryer for the money. I would only buy another GE product if the repair goes smoothly.

had this dryer for 1 year just installed it, the drum in the dryer is loose and rubs when i turned it on. The book that came with it wasn't the right book, so I believe that this wasnt a new dryer it has to be something that was returned and they resold it in a new box. called the furniture store who stated it came there in the box and was suppose to be new, which it was boxed up like it was new. never will buy another appliance from them at all, my old dryer and washer was 20 years old and still working when I decided to replace it only problem was the top of washer was rusted. will be looking into this further.
