This dryer builds up lint terrible and is aggravating to clean out. Lint filter and access to lint discharge from top side is terrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t handle heavy loads well

A large load of towels took several cycles to dry. All settings were correct. The same for 1 King size waffle weave blanket. We’ve only had the machine two weeks. Lint trap was checked each time with no excessive lint noted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GE squeaks

The dryer does a great job getting the clothes dry but, when drying towels or jeans (heavier loads) there is a high pitch squeak that frightens my dogs. The dryer is not very old to start making noises like this.
