I've had this dryer for a week and so far so GREAT! it senses when the clothes are dry so it doesn't over dry them! I love it !!

I kept getting "wrinkled clothes" whether I had 4 pieces or 15 pieces of clothing and "Yes" I would take them out of the dryer just as soon as they were finished drying. So I called your service center and found out the dryer does NOT have a cool down cycle on most cycles; only on Casuals and Delicates. Also the end of the drying cycle signal needs to be louder...it's extremely low when it's on the highest volume. Bottom line..the dryer does dry the clothes but who wants wrinkled clothes?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally a dryer that dries!

Really like the dryer and all the whistles and bells are easy to operate.....what I don't like is the difficulty in opening and closing the door....the clip that holds door shut is very tight and is hard for me to open/close.
I would recommend this to a friend!
