Poor Quality

Purchased this dryer 19 months ago. Stopped working in the middle of a drying cycle. Technician came out and said we needed a new motherboard. This dryer was the replacement of a GE dryer we has over 15 years without any issues. This will be my last GE product. The quality has gone to the dogs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dryer has a nice look with many options for drying, but it seems like it takes longer than my previous unit to dry.

Never buy one

Fortunate to only use it for 3 weeks. It went out it didn’t dry anymore, the air inside was cold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not dry

Ive had this dryer for 3 yrs and it does not dry. At first it did about a year and now it doesn't. I run it twice on sanitize on every load. One time it was on for 4hrs straight drying towels that never got dried. The next day i ran it again, it only had 5 bath towels in and some of them are from my children. All the time wet condensation hang out on thexdry of the dryer and inside the drum after every load. Just recently the dryer while on is now smelling
like something is burning. Ive check all areas around the dryer inculding outside vent. The drum just smells brunt. Very unhappy after 3 yrs I'm shopping for another one not GE. I have 2 stars because it was very affordable but i guess for me, husband and 2 small children is too much for this dryer.
