Worth every penny

Excellent value. Have owned for 8 years. Very efficient and easy to maintain. Had to replace the belt recently, which was an easy task. Definitely recommend.

I'm pleased with all the features on this dryer, and there are lots of options which is convenient. I have yet to try out the SmartHQ features, but plan to soon. My only issue is that it is a bit bulky, and sticks out from the wall much farther than my previous dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We've had our GE® 7.4 Cu. Ft. Capacity Aluminized Alloy Drum Electric Dryer With HE Sensor Dry right at 5 years. Used daily, it's been put to the test in a household of 6. This is the best appliance I've ever owned. The price in comparison to the work This thing is capable of is the best bang for your buck. It's efficient, effective, and well worth the low cost to own one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ok, I guess. Fire hazard.

Performs okay. Been in use for around 6 months and noticed taking a long time to dry. Turns out the lint trap does not sit flush inside the trap duct at front of dryer. The trap duct is bent and even if pushing lint trap down, the force of the bent trap duct housing pops it back out. As such, lint trap does not catch anything and it causes buildup at vent outside. Potential fire hazard.

Good machine for the money

Only had it for a couple days, but so far so good. Seems to be fairly quiet and it wasn't really heavy like some dryers which was nice because ours is in the basement
