My favorite dryer so far!

Love this dryer! It had a large drum and I can even dry my King size down comforter in here and have done sleeping bags several times. If you have shorts of hoodies w a loose string end it can tend to get caught by the top of the door. Never had anything ruined though. I’ve had this dryer for 3+ years now. With a wool ball even pillows come out fluffy and without the polyfil all wadded together.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Belly and electrical issues

I’ve had my dryer for about six or seven years. I’ve had to replace the belt three times! And now the wiring for the power button and start button won’t work. Constant issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great until 7 yrs now parts are wearing down?!

Great large capacity for comforters and larger items. It used to be very quiet. I had a belt replaced because it quit working about the 6th year. All was wonderful until 6 months after that, there is a constant, obnoxiously loud squeaking noise when it’s in use. I’ve had it about 6-8 years. Im looking for someone to come fix that now. I hope this isn’t the beginning of the end already.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible. We haven’t had this washer/dryer set for very long and first the washer went out. Wouldn’t start at random… sometimes would take several times of trying or coming back later, then it would start. We replaced it with another brand, now two weeks later the dryer is doing the same thing, except there is no random… it just won’t start. Powers on, etc. cannot push the start/pause button. It does nothing. So disappointed in GE, it’s really unacceptable that both appliances are basically garbage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
