We are senior citizens and have found this dryer to be easy for us to operate. Also it does an excellent job drying clothes compared to our previous dryer.

I purchased the dryer a couple months ago. I love everything about it. It holds a lot of laundry for large loads. Once I found the setting I liked that worked for me you can set it to be on that setting every time you start the dryer. The volume control you can lessen or increase to let you know when the dryer is done. It sure does a great job drying my clothes in less than half the time my old dryer took. This is a good one.

Love having the sensor options but the dryer lint frame has been catching our clothes and towels and slowly pulling the threads out. That is the only flaw with this product. Otherwise we are very happy with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
