Quiet and effective, but has significant issues

This dishwasher does a great job of cleaning rinsed dishes and is very quiet. However, there are two major issues and one minor. The clamps that hold the tines in a vertical position are too weak. The clamp should hold the tines in position when loading dishes (see photos). Also, the plates are not held in place, so they tend to fold down (from vertical) with a "clack". For this reason, it is not protective of fine china. The bowls roll out of the position shown in the instructions. And, for both bowls and plates, the lower shelf does not have a sufficient "groove" to keep them in place. Finally, the completed cycle light stays on for ONLY 4 MINUTES. Since LED or LCD lights last for like 10k hours, why wouldn't you want it to remain illuminated until the door is opened?
Pros: Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bad: The first thing we had to do was pull out the labelmaker and replace the illegible labels on the controls with labels that can be read. Also, only android phones work with the diagnostics (May 2018).
Good: It seems to clean well, but we haven't stress-ytested it yet. Drying is as can be expected in the new generation of efficient dishwashers, I think.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this a few months ago because our home was remodeled with the cheapest one on the market and it didn’t clean. Our biggest priority was that it cleaned well! It absolutely does, even when the kids load it improperly. It is also just as quiet as the reviews said it would be. The only thing that could improve the product would be if the bottom rack stayed on the track. It doesn’t matter if you pull it open from the middle, slowly, while loaded so it’s weighed down, empty, it almost always comes off the bottom track. It’s annoying and frustrating for the kids but we are still happy with the product.

It has been the worst dishwasher I have owned. Every time we pull out the rack all the dishes fall because the adjustable racks,, it has caused the purple braces to brake or ware in areas. And the soap doesn't always dispense.
