Although the S6 is a very solid phone, you are further ahead to buy the S7 with removable memory support, better camera, better processor and more reliable fingerprint security sensor
Pros: Bright display
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second Galaxy. I love it ! Easy to use I love all the features and the picture quality is great.
I will buy the newer model next. I have dropped it so many times and it's still intact!

Great phone. Happy I switched to this model. I absolutley love the Samsung products I have. I am so pleased with this company. Honestly, Samsung has become the only brand I buy for electronics and appliances.

This tablet seems to have everything I need from a practical handheld device. I am using it everyday for studying, watching movies and my tv shows. I even did my homework in the built-in microsoft office it has. I love that I can split the screen and simultaneously do many things at once. Replaces a huge and heavy laptop very efficiently.

I transitioned to this phone from an iPhone 5s, and I haven't looked back. The implementation of Android on the Galaxy 6S is pretty good and I enjoyed its usability. I would have liked an update from Android Lollipop to Android Marshmallow faster, but the lack of update for a couple of months did not impair functionality. I also enjoy the customization opportunity with various launchers, etc. I wish that the phone came with less Samsung specific applications (dialer, contacts, etc.), but I have been able to disable many Samsung apps and install stock Google apps to suit my preference. Overall, I would purchase a Samsung device again.

Cons: slow operating system upgrades

I just got the Galaxy S6 as a replacement for the S4 because it's all I wanted to pay for a new phone. The changes were fantastic and with the Tab E 8, the connection is seamless. All I did was log in and everything was transferred. The phone is a good weight and the battery seems to go on forever. Samsung has outdone themselves and become a major tech player.

Great phone except battery life

The S6 is a great looking and functioning phone. It beats all other models that I have had hands down.
Only caveat is that battery life is not as long as I expected. I have remedied by carrying a charger pack which I really don't want.

Cons: short battery life
