This phone is very easy to use. It's sound quality is good. And I feel it would be easy for someone who has never used a smartphone before, to figure out.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight, Built-in speakers

Worst Internet in a Galaxy S series

Prior to owning the S6, I also had an S3 & an S5, wonderful Internet service in my home, however the service for this one was horrid from the beginning. First I exchanged phone for a new one, same problem. Then contacted tech support, who stated after doing a review that out of over 130 tries my phone only "hooked" the internet 45 times. I also explained that I currently own a Verizon tablet which I can sit next to the S6 which has consistent 4G Internet service. They sent someone out to check the tower, said no problems there, & that I am only 2.4 miles from a 4G LTE tower. So as you can see, no other explanation other than the phone was not built for anyone who plans on using it outside central city areas. I have spoken with others who purchased this phone & live in the country, exact same problem. So if you never leave the city or use the Internet, it's a great phone - fast operating speed, gadgets, etc. However, if you're looking for normal, reliable use wherever you go...I would advise against it.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, poor internet service

Overall a good phone

I've had this phone for a year now, and have overall liked it. The only little issues I've had is that about 6 months ago, when charging, it says that I need to use the original charger and that it's not charging properly. Which I've been using. . So not sure what's up with that. The battery drains fairly fast. The day I first used it, it drained 10% in like 5 minutes. Now it last me a day.. Maybe from some of the apps I use.
But it's great overall and I'd recommend.

I love my Galaxy s6

computing power is very good
simple to use
design is great
battery life is not so great, okay as long as you use it for just normal calls. some apps use the battery too fast. I recommend the wireless charger and just lay it on it when you would just normally set your phone down.
The phone tends to heat up with large Bluetooth transfers while on the wireless charger.
But the phone is amazing still.
I recommend this phone.

Lost features when I upgraded phone

I would have never purchased this phone had I known before being offered this phone that it has an internal battery and you can not add memory.
My S4 was a lot better phone.

I love my galaxy s6 because it has a lot a features. I had the s3, s4, s5 and now the s6 and I loved them all but the s6 has a few cons and the major one being battery life. The battery life with th s6 is the worst because it does not last a normal work day (8 hours) and I don't even be on my phone that much at work because I work the floor as they say in nursing. My second con is that it's not waterproof like we got with the s5. Other then those two cons I love everything else about the phone especially the split screen display. 4 1/2 starts.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: battery life

When the phone updates if does it automatically. The last time it updated it wiped out all my pictures, messages, memos. It changed my screen saver and all my settings. It installed many things that I absolutely do not want. The phone was fine until the latest update. I cannot afford a new one but as soon as I can I will be going back to I-Phone
