Stopped Working

I have had my new Galaxy S6 for less then a month. Suddenly it just stopped working. Plugged in the charger laid the phone down, went to pick it up and hour later and the screen was black, phone does not turn on, not taking a charge, just dead.
The phone is protected by an otter case, was not dropped and was not exposed to water or moisture of any kind. Just sitting on the shelf charging and now it s dead.

very slow to load anything from wifi

Even sitting less than 10 feet from my router getting to facbook or trying to access my bank or emails it takes so long for them to open i usually give up and use my old iphone 4 to access them. And god forbid i have to try to retrieve an email from my files they dont even pop up.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Worst Samsung product ever!

I have a samsung tablet, had an S3, S4 and note2. The S6 is by far the worst phone. Yes, calls are clearer, but when you travel from 4G to 3G your calls are dropped. I have issues with this phone in areas I've never had issues placing calls or talking on the phone. From what I've read online, the issue is with the S6 having only one antennae vs 2. Also on the right upper side of the phone, if you use it constantly for 10 minutes it heats up to where it's extremely hot!! I have no cover on my phone and there is still an issue with the phone overheating. I"m just waiting for it to explode at this point to be honest. I have tried to exchange it for another phone and unfortunately was past my 14 day period. The only reason I still have the phone is because i"m stuck with it.

Love this phone!!

I upgraded to the S6 after I dropped my S5 and needed to get a replacement. My husband took it in to the store while I was at work and they upgraded me. I have loved this phone ever since. I love the features, the ease of use, the design and everything! I have looked at the S7 but I just can't see spending the extra money when my S6 is everything that I need. It will be time for me to upgrade soon but I'm not even sure I'll go to the S7 at that time.

Takes no time at all to navigate this phone. I am completely happy with this one. Big step up from the little 8 yr old flip phone that everybody laughed at! Now I play with the "Big Boys"! I love this phone!

Happy with my new S6

Very happy with the new S6.
The photos the S6 camera takes are phenomenal, there is a huge quality jump which is easily noticeable when compared to photos from my S5.
The "Finger Print" security feature works nice, reliable for the two days I have had the new phone.
Under above average use with testing features for the first 2 days of loading apps, photos and texting, dozens of HD calling calls, my corporate email client active "push" running ... I easily got 15 hrs battery life with 17% life remaining at 9:30pm. Fast charge rapid charger included quickly replenished battery; with only 30mins on charger battery recovered to 74%.
The build quality is very nice, great feel, well balanced. I do miss the SD memory card slot from my S5 and had to buy the 64gig model to be sure my storage needs are met, but I'll learn to deal with it over time; the trade offs are worth it.
Thanks Samsung, you got this one right!

This device is fantastic. Packed full of features, sensors, and gizmos... and built out of aluminum, this is by far the best android phone in existence! The display is gorgeous, and I love the feel of the phone.

I love this phone. The edge features are so convenient to use. Such ad edge contact and the night clock. I use the night clock every night.
