Love the phone, however...

The only thing so far that disappointed me is unless you're playing a game or video, the sound isn't great. The alarm itself has failed to wake me up and that's even after I have changed tones and even added a loud song. Can barely hear it when it rings or you get a notification as well. I highly suggest that if a new phone (Galaxy s7 and beyond) is created in the future, that these issues are fixed. Make them like previous Galaxies in the past. I had the 3 before this and I never had trouble hearing it. Oh and the same goes for making and receiving phone calls as well, can barely hear the person on the other end. Only way is if you have another speaker (i.e. Bluetooth headphones).
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: poor sound volume: ringing notifications alarm, also poor sound heard when talking on the phone.

my first smartphone

I really took my time getting on the smartphone bandwagon, and this phone makes me wonder why i waited so long. It's beautiful. Everything about it is so intuitive. It is easy to use and it seems like every day i learn something new about something it does and my mind is re-blown all over again. Apps are apps, but things like the camera and all the ways that it works to the wonderful back button, everything about this phone is fantastic. Not to mention that is really is beautiful and the edge screen is wicked cool. My first smartphone, yes... but also my favorite. :)
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight

Speedy and good phone

I do not use the phone all day long but with intermediate use and checking emails every so often and getting calls the phone last all day on the battery without the power saver on. With power saver I can get 30 to 36 hours of battery life on it easily. Very fast download speeds and nice phone design and look.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers

I've never owned one until now and I traded my iPhone for it! I'm so glad I did! It has way more features and handles everything I need!
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, easy to use

How to get Samsung Pay it to work on a gas pump

Insert a non credit card like a business card to triger the reader. Quickly put phone up next to gas pump reader untill it asks for your zip code. It was successful for me. I love Samsung Pay.It works everywhere!

At the end of the day this S6 is as good as any I have owned, my only complaint would be the no SD card and the non-removable battery. Samsung has always led the phone industry not followed. This forced me to bump up to a 64 gig phone instead of the 32 gig version.
