Looks cool, but curved edge creates swype challenges and is easy to crack screen

I have had this phone for 2 weeks and have already cracked the screen by dropping it once. I put an otterbox symmetry case cover on it and a glass screen protector on it, but neither item helped on dropping it the very first time. In addition, the curved screen edge makes swyping more challenging than a flat screen. The cool looks and minor additional features are not worth the tradeoffs. I would not buy this phone again.
Cons: impossible to adequately protect screen, curved edge makes swyping challenging
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery does not last the day

Phone functions decent except for length of battery charge, even with using all power saving functions programmed into phone. Seems to drain pretty fast during use for a new phone, and battery appears to heat up as well. My wife had gotten a Galaxy 5 Samsung about 1 week before & it seems to do the same thing. Also has limited options for phone protection cases probably due to curved screen.
I like the fingerprint security a lot and the ability to make my home a secure place so I don't have to keep using my fingerprint when I'm at home. Photos are incredible!
I'm still struggling with the edges, but I really only bought this over the Note 5 because of how awesome photos are with the edges.
I miss the stylus and wish I had the cool software and stylus that the Note 5 has, but I decided the display was more valuable. I would trade this in a minute for a Note 5 Edge, if it existed and I don't understand why the Note 4 had an Edge version, but I had to choose between the edge and the stylus for the Note 5 and Galaxy S6.
This phone was not my first choice, but after using it I really do like it. If you're a fan of the note series, you will miss the pen. But its functional without it. The edge display is a nice change, I would say that is a plus. A definite drawback of the new series of Samsung phones is the lack of expandable memory space. They took away the SD card slot.
