Awesome Experience with LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine in 2016 and it stopped working suddenly. I went to the LG website registered the product I never registered, and they sent a repairman the next day! He ordered the parts the following week they came in and he didn't need all the parts and it was fairly cheap to fix. Versus the cost of a new machine, delivery etc...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Control panel caught on fire at only 8 years old. An expensive machine that should have lasted longer than that. Im very fortunate I was home because it would have burned my home down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this washer, it’s a very good washer and IT REALLY CLEANS unlike the other washers i’ve had dealt with, i also like the “Detecting” Feature it has and it also tells the load size, one problem though, I couldn’t connect it to my phone for a Download Cycle, i don’t know if it’s not supported on that or what, but overall, it’s still a good washer!

This washer is awesome! I love the features and its capacity! The only problem is that sometimes I have to wipe the screen with a towel because my teenage son leaves greasy finger marks on the screen when he uses the washer even though I keep telling him to NOT TOUCH THE SCREEN.
