Great Washer

I have had the new washer for about 4 weeks. My last washer was over 11 years old and stopped working. The new washer is also a front loader, It is quiet and does a great job of cleaning the clothes. It also holds a very large load of clothes. When I ordered the washer/dryer combo, it was delivered in about a week. The delivery person set it up and made sure it worked well. The total experience of buying the product, the delivery and the customer support is excellent. I definitely would recommend this washer.

Outstanding Front Loading Washer.

From the get go I was impressed with the machine, it's looks, the feel and the Beefy look of its Construction.. It’s very quiet during its cycles.. There is a Learning Curve on how to load it with different Items.. When you are washing towels make sure you wash all the same size and kind for the most part.. Otherwise you are going to be Rebalancing the machine.. The washer try’s to balance it on its own but towels are just too bulky and heavy so like items are best.
I WOULD Defiantly Recommend the LG Front loading washers…. So far I have had it for just over 30 days and have done tons of washing and I am Very, Very pleased with it… Try it you will be glad you did…
REQUEST: Improve the Owner’s manual… and make an effort to explain to the layman why it’s necessary to do all the ON, OFF WATER CYCLING when starting a cycle.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality, looks like it's made to last!

Super capacity washer, I can get the wash finished quickly, also purchased the matching really big dryer to get the job completely done in half the usual time.

Energy and Water efficient, quiet, fun to watch.

This machine is truly fun to watch.
When you start it, it tumbles and stops many times to figure out the load.
Once that is accomplished it cycles in the same manner until it determines that your clothes are sufficiently saturated to wash. This allows the small amount of detergent required, to do its job.
I use less detergent than the amounts marked on the detergent bin. Depending on how soiled the clothes may be.
I have only bought one bottle of detergent in the last 5 months, and I wash clothes for my family and my mother in law's clothes also. With my old washer I would have gone thru at least 4 bottles of detergent by now.
Some reviews mention a hammering noise when it adds water. Actually, the noise will vary depending on how loosely the water pipes are fastened to the wall or ceiling as the valves open and close.
My electric bill, water bill and detergent costs have decreased, the machine will pay for itself just from those three categories within 3 years.
LG certainly has put a lot of research into the correct balance of water, detergent and motion needed to properly clean clothes.

FRONT LOADING AUTOMATIC WASHER

I love this washer. I can wash all clothes, pillows, body pillows, King size bedspreads, King size comforters etc. and they all come out cleaner than any other washer has ever done and cleaner than if I took them to the Cleaners. It is also very quite and very easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is so versatile. The number of wash settings, and the ability to override certain settings is very handy. It works perfectly, and we save on detergent and softener compared to the last washer we had.
