In nearly 25 years of using Epson products, I have never had so many problems.
I am convinced that it is the model. If it would be just one, it could be a lemon. If it was two, It could be a bad run. When it happens to more that that I call it a bad model. I use a lot of Epson products. Epson is still the best brand to buy when it comes to a printer. I actually gave it 3 stars because it is an Epson. Any other company I would give this model a 1 star. Epson can do much better than this. I hope they stop making this model soon.

Excellent Printer - Easy Setup

I purchased this printer several months ago and am pleased with the quality of prints to date. I use mainly for school projects for my kids and photo printing as well. It was very easy to setup and was up and running quickly. So far the ink usage has not been too much...better than anticipated.

I've had this printer for a couple months now and simply love it. I can seed pictures from my smart phone and the printer will print it wirelessly. It's great!

We've had this printer for ~ 6 months. I has worked flawlessly for general text printing, printing photos and copying and scanning.
