This is the best photo printer I have ever used. Photographs look as good as professionally processed prints. I can’t say enough good about this printer.

Efficient Quality

This printer is an absolute delight to use. A lot of time was spent researching all in one printers before this printer was purchased. It has exceeded the anticipated features that were desired in an all in one printer. Performance for the price is incredible and the color quality of photos rivals much more expensive photo printers in all brands. If you are looking for a great quality performer this machine fits the bill. Be aware that most stores are not stocking the cartridges yet and refills must be ordered and shipped. Regards

Excellent replacement for my Artisan 837

After close to 4 years of service, my Artisan 837 decided to flake out. I do some photo printing on Epson Ultra Premium papers, so I wanted the best photo printer I could get. This printer certainly fits the bill.
PROS
Easy to set up. I use via USB and network to other computers using Windows print share...easy to set up.
Excellent print quality. Printer is quiet and reasonably fast, depending on the print settings. Regular text print quality is also good. This printer is solid and well thought out.

I have had this printer for about a month. It is fast, relatively quiet and prints out great color photos. I also like the fact that it is not huge and can fit into a relatively compact space.

Well thought out and excellent Epson quality. Used an Artisan 837 for three years, when the power switch and other electronics seemed to go awry. Purchased this as a replacement. Photo print quality stands up to the Artisan. Overall features are worth it. Only feature different and not on the same level...print CD. With the Artisan, printing a CD was as easy as the drawer opening for the CD, where on the 960, you have to put the drawer in manually. No big deal. Overall, very pleased with the 960.
