throughout the years I have tried several brands but I always manage to return to epson. the 960 is the way to go.

I bought this printer to replace an older Epson that had come to it's end. This is a definite step up. The colors are amazing and the 11 x 17 paper size option is amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer has only worked a couple of times. We do tons of printing and are very frustrated with the fact that there is constant maintenance and have had to download and set up 4 times in less then 6 weeks. Ink also depletes very quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this machine a month ago. I had a Photo 1400 and it prints as good as my former printer. I design local photo postcards and the copy feature is great. I also design and print church bulletins, and this allows me to copy all but the original.
I would recommend this to a friend!
