can t fix

I ve had the printer for 5 months and now the LM print head does not work. Up til today it made very nice copies and prints from files, but after going thru the cleaning routines and test prints it looks like I will have to send the unit somewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had a Canon that finally (thank goodness) fail. Bought a HP but I could make better photographs with a crayon. Read about the XP-960 and it was all true; very good photographs and all the all in one features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice features - everything you need for home use

I just purchased it and installed it today was easy to set up. I have not used all the features yet but it is similar to the XP950 that I had for many years.

I have had this Printer for quite awhile it does everything I need it to do and it doesn't take up too much room. It is set up on my home network so printing to it from any computer in the house is easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
