I bought this printer several months ago and love it. I bought a new desktop and having some trouble keeping it connected though.

I am impressed with Epson products in large measure by the ongoing level of good support when I need help with drivers, software, etc. And the printer is good too.

My Second purchase

I tested my first one a few months ago. Found it worked great on my main computer. Was able to find an additional one for use on my secure computer for personal financial and as remote Police Department terminal.

Great all-in one -

I bought this to replace a defunct Epson Artisan photo printer… This all-in one XP-960 has the same color printing specs as my old Artisan and gives me the same results... The only difference is the smaller maximum print size... minor point, since I rarely, if ever, printed 16X19...
I find the scans are excellent....
