I bought this to replace my Artisan 835 which I still miss. This one suits my needs though and I have been very pleased with it in general. Still getting used to the features on this vs the Artisan. Separate tray for the CD's is kind of a pain vs the built in one of the Artisan. The print quality is excellent as I would expect from EPSON. Setup was painless.

For me the installation was long for I had the wrong password to begin. Calling the Wi-Fi provider solved this. My knowledge of computing is limited - so I was slow. But persistence prevailed. I like the quality of the color prints and the fact that I can make big prints.

This printer is so fast, I hardly had clicked Print, that it was printed and in the tray. I love it. The on screen touchpad is an awesome feature. You don't need the computer on, to copy a document. I love the wireless feature, and that it will copy 11 x 14 documents and photos. I really LOVE this printer.

The Epson XP 960 is an excellent printer. Extremely easy to set up, especially the wi-fi. It handles printer media very well, photo, envelopes and DVDs, and the quality of the photos cannot be matched. I've used Epson printers for over 10 years and this one is the best of all.

Read the reviews before I purchased. One caught my eye, stating it was a quick and easy setup. The setup was one of the easiest I have ever had, love the machine.

I am a past owner of the Epson Stylus Photo R1800 and R2000. Both served long and well before dying. Since retiring from my home based business I no longer needed the dynamics of these photo and print super jocks nor the expense of separate scanners and large copiers. I did want the photo quality they provided. I researched several All-In-One Printers and decided on the Epson Expression Photo XP-960. After a couple of months of pretty good workouts it has met all my expectations and needs with complete satisfaction.

I've been using this printer for over a year now and am very pleased with the results. There's a mild learning curve because it's quirky; you can't do everything from the computer. For many operations, like manual feed, you have to go to the printer and use the touch screen. But I've never had to clean the heads (and use up ink in the process). I frequently print on metallic paper and the results are stunning. Rarely a problem with the software, although it sometimes insists on printing from the 2nd tray instead of the rear feed and I can't figure out why. Color gamut is wide enough for my purposes. High capacity ink cartridges last longer than average--a good value. Best printer I've ever owned.

My older Epson photo printer had begun to act tired after 5 years of hard use, so I decided to invest in newer model. This printer impressed me far beyond my expectations. I really like the 11X14 prints. (stunning) I does gobble ink like crazy but all in all its worth the money.
