Enjoying this dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher about 6 weeks ago and have enjoyed using it. I love the 3rd rack at the top for large utensils! The dishwasher is extremely quiet, especially compared to the previous one we owned. The only thing that keeps from giving it a 5 star is that the inside of the dishwasher does not completely dry after the cycle has completed on heat dry. I typically will open the door and pull out the racks overnight to allow the inside back wall to completely dry...want to avoid the possibility of any mold/mildew developing. Otherwise, we are extremely pleased with this purchase!

Second rack of dishes wont clean

We are havin issue where all of the dishes are clean except the second rack. The jets are not plugged and the seals in the back are ok. The top rack (small with silverware) is clean and no issues. the bottom is clean without issue..... not sure what to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey annoyed11, cleaning challenges are often related to water temperature. The “sweet” spot for water temperature is between 120-130 degrees for the best cleaning potential. To help get the hottest water to your dishwasher, let the water run in your sink until it’s hot (like you do before getting in the shower). This "primes the pump", it gets hotter water to your dishwasher faster. Your dishwasher uses about 3-4 gallons per cycle, limiting the opportunity the water has to warm up if it doesn’t start off hot enough. Silent operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this particular dishwasher for one main reason,,,quiet operation. It is amazing!! My daughter and son in law were visiting and Kevin was standing against the dishwasher when I mentioned that I was running it. They couldn't believe it. It is almost completely silent. Best purchase ever! Everything comes out spotless and I love the third cutlery shelf!

Dirty Dishes after wash

I am having an issue with the rack where I put glasses, and items that go on the second shelf of the dishwasher. I have tried every combination of cycles and settings and I am not happy. I would not recommend this dishwasher.

Really Quiet

Due to an error on the part of the retail store, we needed to accept the floor model instead of an "in the box from factory" unit. We were a bit hesitant about taking the floor model, but after the install and running it for about 2 months now, it is everything Frigidaire claims it is. It is extremely quiet and efficient.
